A Custodian Service is of tremendous importance not only to High Net Worth investors (either natural person or corporate entities) but also to all types of investors as they can be assured that their investments are safely kept and administered at all times.

Custodian Services are also interesting and beneficial to clients who choose to trade in Financial Instruments but wish to remain anonymous for many obvious reasons (e.g. to take control of a company, achieve better pricing, maintain anonymity during negotiations, achieve strategic shareholding acquisitions, etc).

The client’s securities and other financial instruments are kept on behalf of each of our clients in a custodian account in the name of our investment firm. The underlying beneficiaries are identified and booked in our Company’s Back Office software system. We then process the safekeeping of our client’s financial instruments through our clearing Bank.

We only deal with prime names in order to provide our clients with a first class service.
